Celebrating the Chamber's Centennial: Northampton Chamber of Commerce 100th Anniversary

The Chamber has supported local business for a century and boasts over 600 members. This historic event also marks the changing of the guard as Suzanne Beck steps down after 27 years of service as the Executive Director. Beck has worked hard to protect local businesses from the growing trends of online shopping and huge corporate monopolies.

“I loved every minute of it,” [Suzanne] said. “From the seat as executive director, every day is different from the day before it, every year is different from the year before it.”

With the torch passed to Vince Jackson, the Chamber will continue to fight for innovation, inclusion, and impact.

This reception was set up in a small tent for an intimate celebration at the Academy of Music Theatre.
